The Irish Business and Employers Confederation (IBEC) is an Irish business and employers lobbying organisation. It represents the interests of over 7500 organisations of all sizes, regions and industry sectors. IBEC is made up of a board, national council, and executive management group.

IBEC was formed in 1993 as a result of a merger between the Confederation of Irish Industry (CII, founded 1932) and the Federation of Irish Employers (FIE, founded 1942). Until 2010, IBEC was a social partner in the social partnership process.
